Please inspect every component of the building when taking delivery of your building. If no damage is noted and your signature is placed on the shipping document, we assume that you are satisfied with the condition of your building. If damage occurred during shipping, please note this on the shipping document BEFORE giving your signature. Please take a picture of the shipping document with the damage notations and your signature on it. Please email the photo to us: info@miniShed.ca with the Subject: Shipping Damage.

The day your miniShed arrives is a big day. A miniShed truck or another trusted 3rd party carrier will pull into your driveway. You are responsible to ensure that enough man power (3-4 strong, able-bodied people) are available to unload the package. Typically, unloading will take 30-60 min if done by hand. If unloading by hand (most customers unload by hand), you will need to unwrap the package and unload the individual components. And yes, our miniSheds are heavy as all the individual shed components are selected based on quality and longevity, and not their weight properties.
Shipping costs do vary based on where you are located and what size of building you are purchasing. We have ensured that our shipping rates are very competitive by contracting with a large & reputable 3rd party carrier. For accurate shipping quotes, simply add the building you wish to purchase to the cart. You will get real time shipping quotes once you enter in your shipping address. Your miniShed will arrive well packaged on a pallet. Each component and assembly is carefully packed. You get to unwrap your treasure and do the final assembly on your customized miniShed. (We do all the heavy lifting for you.)
